System Test Engineer with CANoe/CAPL knowledge - Craiova location Craiova , South Romania

Your functions You will be working within Hella Romania Design and Development Center from Craiova where will be responsible for the understanding of complex automotive electronics functionality. Your duties are challenging and varied; you will analyze customer demands and system specifications. You will implement and execute test cases for the testing of system-requirements with state-of-the-art equipment. You will develop test cases scripts using CAPL language (Vector CANoe). You will have to analyze and discover the source of failure and give suggestions for improvement. You will evaluate, interpret and document test results. You will also present test results and findings to the development team. And, if necessary, you will give test support on site with the customer.

Your competence Your profile is as varied as your new duties. You will have completed a course of studies in a technical specialization. You have experience in handling oscilloscopes, multimeters and power supplies. You have knowledge of testing concepts, test software design and also knowledge of environmental and durability testing. You have knowledge in special functional area: electrical networks and protocols communication (automotive interfaces and automotive network-systems functionality), embedded systems and networks, hardware/software interfaces, automotive electronics and functionalities. You have basic knowledge of microprocessors, microcontrollers, C programming language and CAPL scripts. Knowledge and experience with MS-Office tools, requirements and version management tools (e.g. DOORS, MKS) is an advantage. Your command of English is excellent.
