Your Tasks// Accomplishing the quality pre-planning for a product project for purchase parts. Securing the quality of purchase parts applying APQP methods along the Product Development Process. Monitoring the maturity degree of purchase parts forward (continually), escalating critical issues and reporting the status of purchase parts in the project with the objective that all needed purchase parts have a released status before internal series startup. Monitoring the activities of suppliers in the Product Development Process (PDP) with the help of APQP methodology. Carrying out the APQPs activities together with the supplier following consultation with the superior and responsible entities. Examining the results of the supplier for completeness, contents and compliance with the deadlines. Demonstrating and monitoring remedial measures at an early stage in the event of deviations. Reporting the status of purchase parts. Ensuring project completion in good time and demonstrating resources bottlenecks at the supplier. Supporting collaboration for APQP-relevant issues in the project team and at suppliers. Defining and initiating measures with the project team and suppliers in the event of delays or quality risks. Inclusion and use of the Hella specialist network at suppliers developing critically in the project (e.g. critical parts, critical processes). Escalating to superior or responsible entities relevant quality risks which cannot be resolved by the supplier or by the project team. Stipulating reference samples in consultation with customers, suppliers, specialist departments and SQA-MGM. Examining and releasing the first sample test report (EMPB/PPAP) from the supplier with regard to dimensions, functions, materials and surface properties statements, possibly also conducting random sample checks of the dimensions listed in the EMPB/PPAP or initiating laboratory investigations. Preparing test plans for the incoming goods inspection in order to secure the series startup. Integrating and conducting the necessary supplier workshops and supplier discussions. Involvement in quality discussions with suppliers, possibly also in consultation with specialist departments and superior entities. Conducting the necessary audits, process acceptances and Full Run Tests within the context of APQP activities at the supplier. Processing complaints before series manufacture begins. Supporting all quality-relevant activities for preparing the sourcing. Checking whether the manufacturing feasibility study is available and whether supplier locations and processes are released. As the case requires, coordinating with SQA-MGM. Updating the project status list purchase parts and the APQP Report (relative to parts). Demonstrating the project status for purchase parts at the project reviews, at customer visits and audits. Filing and maintaining the records and documents in PDM and other stipulated systems. Involvement in estimating costs, billing the APQP expenditure and allocating to development projects.

Your Qualification//  Graduate in mechanical/electrical engineering. Knowledge of Quality management, FMEA, Production engineering. Good comand of English language.
