Qualification Test Engineer – Timisoara location Timisoara , West Romania

YOUR FUNCTIONS You will be working within Hella Romania Design and Development Center from Timisoara as we are looking for a Qualification Test Engineer to be a key member of our growing development team. You will apply global environmental standards and processes; collaborate with cross-functional teams to assure the highest quality standards for our innovative and market leader products during the development and production phases. You will be responsible for performing all aspects of qualification test: mechanical, environmental, electrical and functional tests. Being in charge with: test definition based on customer specification or international automotive standards, test setup, monitoring during execution, parametric test,results/errors analysis, reporting. You will define and apply methods and strategies for system qualification test following quality/cost/time principles based on agreement with internal and external stakeholders

YOUR COMPETENCE In order to be successful on this position you will have bachelor's degree in Engineering. You will have experience in electronics / qualification testing (automotive area is a plus). Experience in handling of test equipment like: oscilloscope, signal generator, HiL, environmental equipment, is also required. You have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, as you’ll be working with different locations/teams. You must be a self-starter who will take the initiative to find solutions and solve problems. You are open-minded for continuous improvement of our test solutions. You have a good level of working English.
