Program Manager for Components Timisoara , West Romania

YOUR TASKS // You will be working within Hella Romania Design and Development Center from Timisoara. Your duties are both demanding and varied. You will work in the worldwide institution and you will be responsible to lead product group related projects with profit and loss responsibility. You will coordinate and manage all project management activities for all allocated product groups. You will Compile and realize a product business plan and coordinate all allocated projects and strategies. Also, you have to support the hiring process and contribute to the team development.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS // In order to be successful in this position is mandatory to have technical understanding in the domain. You have overall consideration of the Time to Market process. Also, you have knowledge of global market situation and development in the automotive supplier area. Proactivity, motivating attitude and teamwork orientation makes you the perfect candidate.
