Process Engineer – Wave & Reflow Soldering Ghiroda-Timisoara , West Romania

YOUR TASKS Participating in introduction of new products, organizing trial runs; PCBA change management; Provide programming needs and technical supports for specific wave & reflow soldering equipment’s to achieve a stable process; Failure analysis; Continuous process improvement through preventive and corrective actions to reduce costs and increase product’s quality; Prepare documentation for equipment’s user: work instructions and maintenance instructions.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 1 year proven work experience in automotive or electronic industry; Technical university degree is mandatory; Knowledge of Reflow and Wave Soldering processes and equipment’s programming/optimization; Basic knowledge of SMT processes; Basic understanding of electrical circuits schematics and control systems; Good knowledge of English language.
