Customer Service Manager - for Auto service Timisoara , West Romania

Your Functions You will be working within HELLA Corporate Center Romania which operates and administers the Company's business divisions. Here you will be responsible to process technical and administrative customer inquiries or problematical customer complaints in an efficient way.

Your Competence In order to be successful in this position you must have at least 5 years’ experience as a motor vehicle technician and leading a vehicle repair-shop. You need to have very good knowledge in state of the art for European car technology. You should have IT knowledge with focus on MS-Office and SAP. Fluency in English and German language is mandatory.
