Your tasks // You will be working within the Hella Corporate Center Romania which operates and administrates the company's business divisions. Here you will be part of the WSC team. You will process Q-message and the sales order for BHS and Hella direct customers(complete the complaint after approval; scrapping parts, forward the customer records to BHS and complete the complaint after rejection; prepare the claim report - forward analysis and claim report to respective SC. You will also take care of the return of goods(packaging, labeling, shipping). You will process the complaints of Hella Sales Company’s(assistance with creation and editing of TecWarranty messages, technical assistance with queries about complaint and regular information about the processing status).You need to process the TecWarranty messages(regular monitoring and ensuring the correctness of TecWarranty news, cleaning the system from false systems and data corpses, supporting and advising the Hella SC`s in case of TecWarranty problems). You also need to create monthly and annual reports.

Your qualifications // In order to be successful in this position you must have at least 3 years of relevant experience as a motor vehicle technician/electrical technician. You should have IT knowledge with focus on MS-Office and SAP. Fluency in English and German language is mandatory.
