TEAM ASSISTANT Craiova , South Romania

Responsabilities You will be working within HELLA Design and Development, Craiova location, in the Administrative Function area. As a Team Assistant, you will provide organizational support in administrative and financial aspects.You will be responsible to ensure a continuous flow of information and to resolve different administrative tasks with the internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure administrative support on task such as organization of business trips, creation of reports, collection, preparation, maintenance, storing, distribution of data and documents. You will maintain a good relationship with our internal and external counterparts You will provide financial support by checking invoices, offering, ordering, monitoring, acquisition and receiving of consumables and equipments. You will organize meetings, workshops and other events. You will ensure “In time” and “In Quality” delivery of all administrative documents. You will participate and support a good team atmosphere.

Requirements University degree. Capability to adapt quickly to the Hella processes, regulations, tools and working environment. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Excellent English, both written and spoken; German knowledge would be an advantage. Experience in working in the office environment would be an advantage. Good communication, flexibility and  attention to details skills.
