Senior Technical Recruiter for HELLA Craiova location Craiova , South Romania

YOUR TASKS In order to support our growing business in the Electronics D&D area in Craiova, we are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team, with high focus on recruitment activities: Coordinate full recruitment process for technical positions in the D&D area (software, testing, hardware, project management, etc.); Establish recruitment profile and requirements, together with hiring managers; Identify suitable sourcing channels and selection methods; Participate in interviews and offers for selected candidates; Identify and develop creative and innovative recruitment methods; In addition to recruitment activities, you will be involved also in: Interface with employees on support for different HR topics; Participation in specific meetings and projects related to area of activity; Reporting activities (recruitment, headcount, fluctuation analysis); Active involvement in different HR projects (student projects, internship, etc.); YOUR QUALIFICATIONS In order to be successful in this position we will look for: Passion for human resources and high involvement to achieve results; Previous experience in technical recruitment  is mandatory, preferably in an automotive industry; Creative in finding new ways to attract potential candidates for our openings; Experience in working with HR policies and procedures; Structured approach and very good organization of work; Ability to interact with different types of staff categories (engineers, management); Proactive attitude and always curious to find the best options;
