Project Activity:
The Java Developer will become part of a team in charge with developing large-scale software solutions according to the given requirements specification, using specific guidelines and methodology. The project will take about 12 months and it will be based in Accra.

Soft skills:
The Java Developer should be innovative and creative and should posses the following
characteristics:
• Ability to openly present her/his own ideas
• Independent and highly self-motivated with a strong customer focus
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English; French would be a big plus
• Willing and able to be part of international projects and initiatives
• Action and results orientated, ability to manage multiple priorities is also expected
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline requirements complimenting a
proactive and flexible approach with a resilient and results - orientated nature
• Excellent communication skills are required in English. He/she should also have
strong analytical skills, good organization skills and attention to details.
