RESPONSABILITATI

Role: The Team Leader will be in charge of monitoring and coordinating the support team in accordance with the procedures and measurements implemented for the team's process and company' internal rules and requirements. He/she will provide coaching, feedback and solutions to the team's activity. In addition she/he will take part in the development process of the team according to group strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Follows on a daily basis the team activity;
- Makes sure that the team reaches all objectives at high quality standards;
- Makes sure that the team members have all the support necessary to reach their potential;
- Provides feedback and coaching for the team;
- Creates, maintains and promotes a positive atmosphere within the team;
- Plans, evaluates, coordinates and reports the team activities to the superior line of management.


CERINTE

Requirements:
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Previous experience in leading a customer support team (preferably in the travel industry);
- GDS knowledge is a real plus;
- Must have demonstrated supervisory skills including the ability to develop and motivate, as well as demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of management;
- The Team Leader will have the ability to work effectively in a fast paced, self-directed, team-based environment.

Soft skills:
The Team Leader should be innovative and creative and should posses the following characteristics:
- Ability to openly present her/his own ideas;
- Team management;
- Autonomy, accuracy, initiative and leadership skills;
- Independent and highly self-motivated with a strong customer focus;
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Fluency in English; French would be a big plus;
- Willing and able to be part of international projects and initiatives;
- Action and results orientated, ability to manage multiple priorities is also expected;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline requirements complimenting a proactive and flexible approach with a resilient and results - orientated nature;
- He/she should also have strong analytical skills, good organization skills and attention to details.
