Your mission:
We are looking for a Senior Web 2.0 Designer who will become part of a team in charge with developing large-scale software solutions using web 2.0 technologies for a multinational client. Our solutions are based on the power of online communities (commonly referred to as “Web 2.0”), as well as on the enthusiasm, energy and expertise of our team.
We are seeking for an innovative and creative Senior Web 2.0 Designer, who is excited by new and yet unsolved IT challenges; an individual with a skilled visual aesthetic, dedicated to consumer centric design, and well versed in web application design.
Primary responsibilities include working proactively with the development team and with the Project Manager to create, implement, and document interface designs for our web-based projects. You will carry this through from concept to design, including sketches, flows, interactive prototypes, wire frames, final production-quality mock-ups and assets.
Your qualifications:
Technical skills:
-Strong knowledge of designing for User Experience and User Interface;
-Extensive experience with Graphics, Layouts and Wireframes;
-History of successfully implementing business requirements with design elements;
-A working knowledge of HMTL and CSS is a major plus as well as any programming experience;
-Overall very good understanding of web 2.0 communities.
Soft skills:
-Ability to openly present her/his own ideas;
-Independent and highly self-motivated with a strong customer focus;
-Enthusiasm and passion for web 2.0 environment;
-Able to work both independently and as part of a team;
-Willing and able to be part of international projects and initiatives with global impact;
-Action and results orientated, ability to manage multiple priorities is also expected;
-Able to work under pressure and meet deadline requirements complimenting a proactive and flexible approach with a resilient and results - orientated nature;
-Excellent communication skills are required in English. You should also have strong analytical skills, good organization skills and attention to details.
