The Senior ActionScript Developer will be involved in the development of large-scale software solutions using Flash/ActionScript technologies according to the given requirements specification, using specific guidelines and methodology.
Technical skills:
- 3 to 5 years experience in Flash application development
- extensive knowledge and experience using Action Script 3
- Web service usage from Flash application
- Flash Game experience would be a great advantage
Soft skills:
The Senior ActionScript Developer should be innovative and creative and should posses the following characteristics:
• Ability to openly present her/his own ideas
• Independent and highly self-motivated with a strong customer focus
• Willing and able to be part of international projects and initiatives
• Action and results orientated, ability to manage multiple priorities is also expected
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline requirements
• Very good communication skills are required in English
• Strong analytical skills, good organization skills and attention to details.
