The role is for an experienced J2EE Developer with Struts / Spring / Portlet skills to produce high quality code and documentation working as part of our client's existing team.
Required technical skills:
- 3-5 years experience as a J2EE Developer
- Struts1 (or2), Spring 1/2, Portlet 1.0 / JSR 168, JUnit / HTTP Unit, Eclipse, Maven, Ant
- Java 1.5 onwards
- Servlet 2.4 onwards, JSP 2.0 onwards, JSTL, JDBC 2.0 onwards, Webservices
- SQL, XML, HTML
Desirable technical skills:
- Struts2 / Webwork
- Hibernate 2.0 onwards
- JBoss Portal 2.6 onwards
- Weblogic Portal 10 onwards
- BEA Workshop
Soft skills:
- Communicative team player
- Attention to detail
- Excellent English language skills
