Process Engineer - SMT Area Ghiroda-Timisoara , West Romania

YOUR TASKS // In your role as Process Engineer you will be responsible with: Participating in introduction of new products, organizing trial runs; PCBA change management; Provide programming needs and technical supports for specific SMT equipment, to achieve a stable and optimum process; Failure analysis; Continuous process improvement through preventive and corrective actions to reduce costs and increase product’s quality; Prepare documentation for equipment’s user: work instructions and maintenance instructions.  

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS // In order to be successful in this position you will have: Minimum 2 years proven work experience in automotive or electronic industry; Technical university degree is mandatory; Knowledge of SMT pick&place process and equipment programming/optimization (preferable: Fuji systems); Knowledge of screen print process; Knowledge of reflow process; Basic knowledge of coating process; Understanding of electrical circuits schematics and control systems; Knowledge of SMT equipment troubleshooting/maintenance; Good knowledge of English.
