YOUR TASKS // Because of our growing business, we are looking for a new colleague in our Operational Excellence Team. Being part of OPEX HRO-E team you need to provide the following deliveries: Improvement of productivity in the assigned area, using Lean Manufacturing and Industrial engineering methodology; Supporting the local team for Production Flow definition and Line Equipment design, ensuring the ergonomics requirements and prevention of waste; Running workshops (Kaizens) in order to ensure the elimination of waste and continuous improvement; Responsible for the overall site Layout, strongly focusing on the Manufacturing floor; Calculating Work time models, ensuring the compliance with operational and pay scale agreements; Ensuring a reliable and up-to-date data basis for capacity planning and costing; Providing input and support across HRO-E departments or groups regarding quoting, resource planning, budgeting, costing etc; Contributing to the overall Site processes standardization and development; Being an active member of the OPEX Hella worldwide community you may need to attend workshops, meetings, conference calls, providing remotely support and at customer site or other Hella plants.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS // In order to be successful in this position you will have: Technical University; English at fluent level; Good knowledge of AutoCad design is mandatory; Work balancing and capacity calculation knowledge required; Working in similar position and within Manufacturing environment required; Good knowledge of MTM UAS or REFA and Lean Manufacturing is a plus; Coordinating workshops experience is a plus; SAP knowledge - routings is a plus.
