Helpdesk Specialist (1st level Support) – Spanish speaker Timisoara , West Romania

Your Functions: You will be working within the Hella Corporate Center Romania which operates and administrates the company's business divisions. Here you will be part of our global IT support team and you will act as an IT Specialist in 1st level support. You will receive calls from worldwide internal IT users and you will have to provide direct solutions for basic requests. You will also clarify failure descriptions in a direct users dialogue. You have to prepare the documentation for calling user error reports in the common Hella ticket system, and categorize tickets in the ticket system. Your most common tasks will be to unlock passwords, solve Lotus Notes requests, offer access to network shares, to install different software applications.

Your Competence: In order to be successful in this position you should have general IT affinity and understanding. Fluency in both English and Spanish languages is mandatory. Previous experience in customer support is a plus for you. You also need very good communication skills.
