RESPONSABILITATI

Achieves the specific sales goals through the implementation of the commercial policy and strategy of the Cosmote Group toward business partners.
Creates and develops a strategic plan in order to achieve the overall sales objectives established for Business Partners within assigned area;
Searches and selects new potential business partners within assigned area to assure the achievement of sales targets.
Negotiates collaboration terms and conditions according to the commercial policy and other guidelines provided under direct supervision of his superior.
Manages the portfolio of business partners within assigned area by offering support, regularly visits and coaching the Business Partner sales team, in order to assure achievement of sales targets;
Reports regularly on the progress and results and makes recommendations in order to improve performance;
Acts as single point of communication interface for each Business Partner within assigned area in order to offer support in relation with other Cosmote departments;
Monitors the activity of Cosmote competitors in relation with their partners;
Builds and maintains a good relationships towards Business Partners overall;


CERINTE

University graduate
At least 2 years experience on sales or similar position
Knowledge of selling tools and practices
Strong communication and relationship skills
Presentation and negotiation skills
Planning, organizing and setting priorities skills
Ability to identify and solve problems, initiative
Ability to work under pressure, to respect dead-lines and to fulfill correctly the work duties
Customer oriented, organized, accurate and detail-oriented
Clean driving license - B category (more than 2 years);
Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Power Point
Good command of English
