RESPONSABILITATI

Manpower is looking for an Office Assistant.
This person will have the following tasks:

- office management tasks: office supply activities, hotel booking for visitors, meal arrangements for guests;
- company fleet activities : relation with leasing company, evidence of milleages and periodical inspections; evidence of the users of the cars;
- correspondence deliverying/ reciving/ distributing;
- provides support for organizing the company events such us trainings, teambuildings.


CERINTE

- 2 years experience in a similar position;
- university degree;
- communication skills in English (written and oral);
- solid working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint);
- keen sense of priorities and relentless determination;
- promotes an inclusive environment and seeks ways to integrate differences;
- cooperation, adaptibility.
