Manpower is looking for two talented Inside Sales Representatives for a client from Sibiu.
Responsibilities:
- selling IT products and achieving sales quotas;
- creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers;
- provides an efficient support service to customers and colleagues within Sales or Marketing;
- work is of a largely administrative nature with limited face-to-face contact with customers;
- make follow-up calls to existing customers;
- maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects;
- builds, develops and maintains relationships with existing or potential customers.
- 1 to 3 years of direct work experience in sales or telesales;
- demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas;
- able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers;
- strong written and verbal communication skills in English. One of the following is required: German, French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch;
- self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm;
- high level of integrity and work ethic.
