- Projects positive image of Company to all Customers;
- To prepares documentation related to sold products process (receipts and invoices) complying with the Company working procedures and fiscal legislation in force;
- Performs payments related to Customers monthly bills, using the company payments applications;
- To strictly follow the cash delivery and documentation procedure for bank deposit;
- Prepares and provides reports for the Financial Department (e.g. Bordereau, Cash Book Register).
- Education: economic university degree would be a plus;
- Experience: minimum 1 year in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of primary accounting process;
- Ability to deal with Customers;
- Results oriented person, capacity to work with dead-lines, flexibility;
- Prove excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office);
- Good knowledge of English.
