Besides own manufactured products the company distributes a wide range of traded items providing system solutions to its customers on European class product quality.
In order to strength the organization and to support its objectives, the company is looking for a qualified person, for the plant opened in Miercurea Ciuc to join its team in the position of: Plant Manager
Job objectives
To manage and develop the production activities of the company contributing to its profitable growth by achieving key performance objectives.
The Plant Manager is responsible for the production activities of the company, located in Miercurea Ciuc (Csíkszereda) in Harghita county.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
Long and medium term planning
Besides, as member of the management team- participating in the formulation of the company strategy plans, the plant manager is responsible for the planning of costs and resources including capacity for the yearly budgeting and forecasting, using input data from other management areas.
Main areas:
¿ production equipment capacity
¿ manpower
¿ energy
¿ maintenance
¿ fixed costs production
¿ suppliers (products and services used by the plant)
¿ raw materials and auxiliaries stocks
¿ capital expenditures for production activities
¿ training and organisation development of responsibility area
¿ purchase strategy (except for raw materials)
¿ innovation and technical development
¿ operational practices and overall efficiency improvement
Requirements:
University degree
Technical background
Studies or/and experience in plastic processing
Excellent command of Romanian
Good command of English
Hungarian knowledge is an asset
Knowledge of Logistics and Economics
Leadership experience - min 3 years, at least middle management level
Clear ethics
Ability to work with high independence
