RESPONSABILITATI

Our client is a big DIY products supplier for DIY retail chains (modern trade) as well as for DIY wholesalers (traditional trade). They have their own brands and they also distribute renowned international brands. They are successfully selling their products in Ukraine, Russia, Hungary, Bulgaria and Romania.

In order to strengthen its position on the Romanian market, our customer is currently looking for professionals in the position of:

SALES REPRESENTATIVE
For
IASI and TIMISOARA


Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Contact local tool distribution channels : distribution companies, stores, wholesalers in order to successfully introduce and develop company’s brands
- Create contact database with local relevant players : decision person, contact data, current assortment, possible opportunities to be explored, other linked contacts that can be explored,
- Business development, follow up and customer satisfaction level administration.
- Competition scout and report in terms of accounts, brands, promotions and other related activities, business status per customer, customer satisfaction, developments and possible opportunities for our task,
- Develop and maintenance of a supportive and successful relationship with our local partners [ importers & distributors] - regular visits, introduction of a new items, demonstrations, info exchange regarding possible new account that should be covered, follow up, promotion support, order collection and other regular correspondence that drive the business growth.
- Reports in terms of: daily activity: visits, contact, topics, results, follow up, new orders that they get or supported.
- Reports in term of promotion impact, POSM usage in territory and results, customer satisfaction level.
- Reports in terms of customer service: faults, bad deliveries, power tools defective items and solutions.
- Opportunities information managements: reports, recommendations and action plan based on local market evolution and data collection that they perform.


CERINTE

Main requirements:
- Education: preferable university or high school [if other skills and business background will prevail as importance in analyze], sales trainings will be a plus.
- Work experience for minimum 5 years within related field: technical /tools trade with local distribution channels exposure
- Interpersonal skills: open & equilibrate character, goal accomplish oriented, skilled in presentation and human relations .
- Good connection to local players in non food distribution, tool distribution will be a plus
- Team player with initiative, capable to draw and assume project developments at local level;
- Capable for individual field work as well for team player approach .
- Capable to handle task under pressure in terms of resources mobilization for task achievements: quick contacts ,presentation, motivation, orders –capable to get measurable results in specific timeframe.

- Car driver license, type B, for more than 3 years with clean record
- Computer proficiency: ms office package-email
- Preferred locations for the start positions: IASI/TIMISOARA
- Foreign languages: English, other will be a plus.
- Clear successful business track record in previous tasks.
