- promote the sale of abrasive assortment in preselected branches and industries as first choice
- promote special offers and take care of clearance sale positions
- always encourage customers to buy the most efficient abrasive type
- always sell with process efficiency, process costs and surface quality sales arguments
- enter and develop new customers, whilst maintaining and developing existing customers
- take ownership of all aspects of customer care from identifying needs of customers special grinding process, giving advice to the machine operator, taking care of customer complaints and ensure best terms
- negotiate prices on standard offer basis, with pricing over maximum discount being referred to the Sales Executive Manager for approval
- attendance at sales meetings, product and sales training
- university degree
- previous experience of 2+ years in sales of abrasives
- customer oriented
- good communicator and negotiator
- target oriented with a strong willingness to succeed
- very good English skills
Offer consists from basic salary + bonus, car, mobile phone and notebook
