-To implement the Direct Sales channel strategy in order to achieve the sales objectives of the Direct Sales channel;
-To establish the sales objectives for the subordinate team;
-To monitor, quantitative and qualitative, the sales activity of the subordinate team;
-To be actively involved in negotiation, follow up and closing of the most important contract;
-To be involved in the recruitment and training process of the subordinate team;
-To be involved in the appraisal process of the subordinate team;
-To monitor the competitors’ activity
-University degree-economic and technical degrees are preferred;
-At least 3 years experience in direct sales (preferably in telecom) or had a management position.
-Good knowledge of the mobile telecommunications market;
-Communication skills with internal and external clients;
-Presentation and negotiation skills;
-Planning, organizing and priorities setting skills;
-Ability to identify and solve problems;
-Ability to coordinate people and activities;
-Ability to make timely informed decisions;
-Good command of English;
-Clean driving license-B category (more than 1 year).
