Main responsibilities:
Promote and sell company services to potential corporate clients;
Prepare action plans and schedule to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made;
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity;
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned;
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts;
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships;
Prepare paperwork to activate contract services;
Identify and resolve client concerns;
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years sales experience in sales of services (such as medical, insurance, telecom, banking) – in dealing with corporate clients (mandatory requirement);
Self-driven and pro-active to achieve sales targets; hard-worker, able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines;
Business and customer oriented; Good planning and organizing skills;
Energetic, outgoing person & team-player;
Good communication and negotiation skills both in Romanian and English; any other foreign language is a plus;
Driving license.
