RESPONSABILITATI

You work from your home office and answer customer requests per telephone, web interface or email. You will document the work in tickets according to defined processes, and maintain performance and quality parameters.
In case you cannot solve the request completely, you forward the ticket to the support team. For the solution of customer requests you will receive documented information and process instructions.

Reception of incoming customer requests
Securing the highest operational standards in customer service, with friendly and reliable support
Competent customer service according to procedural instructions
Record and update the relevant data in the ticketing tool
Proactive communication of customer feedback and system or process problems to the responsible team leader
Skillful handling of MS-Office, monitoring tools and service desk specific software
Basic knowledge of ITIL processes
Self reliant, independent working style, and motivated attitude towards work
You will work during night shifts and/or over the weekends (example of working times: 3-11 p.m., 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., Saturday and Sunday 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.)

Professional experience: Not necessary

Education: IT-studies or completed professional education
Spanish (mother language), English (fluent), German (preferable)
You are a university student or have a completed professional education, ideally in the IT area.
You can work from your home office and have a stabile and fast internet connection.
Ability to communicate effectively, with good written & spoken skills
