Beck et al. Services was founded in 1999, employs 50 people in Munich and Hanover and has near and offshore companies in Romania, Brazil and Switzerland. As a medium sized, internationally active IT services company, we focus on the interface between IT and business. Beck et al. Services offers operation and support of IT infrastructures and applications, multilingual service desks, messaging & collaboration as well as IT management and monitoring technologies. The scope of services ranges from consulting to operations and providing managed services. The foundation of our activities are best-of-breed tools and methods such as ITIL V3 and business service management. Our customers include Continental AG, Infineon Technologies AG, Daiichi Sankyo Europe GmbH and the Zürcher Kantonalbank.
