The responsability includes the support and operation of complex IT infrastructures.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
• MCSA or excellent knowledge of the entire Microsoft product range
• Detailed knowledge of TCP / IP, routing, firewall and Internet technologies
• Ability to document processes in a way less technically skilled people can understand
• Stress resistant, keep cool in case of problems
• fluent in English
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
• Knowledge of Lotus Notes / Domino (system administration)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint (system administation)
• fluent in German
YOUR PROFILE:
• Completed technical degree in computer science or comparable professional experience gained in practice
• 2 years experience in the operation of complex IT infrastructures, combined with methodological knowledge of system operation / support
• Determination, convincing appearance, initiative and decisiveness
• Strong conceptual skills and a willingness to evolve continuously
• Total customer service and quality orientation - you are an outstanding representative of your company
