RESPONSABILITATI

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

To identify wholesales opportunities, to define Business Cases and to coordinate internally and externally the feasibility studies of such; To analyze each individual project from the SWOT perspective, to position it on the market and inside the company’s strategy;
To define wholesale pricing and offering in connection with the company’s interests and business strategy, as to attract new sources of revenues;
To coordinate major wholesales projects Wholesales re-selling, international cooperation projects, etc
To make business analysis and interpretations, to define forecasts, predictions, identify trends, anticipate challenges with respect to Wholesales, to Interconnection (both national & international) ), to identify the potential impact on the market, to define business plans and budgets in this respect;
To coordinate and carry out the negotiation of the Wholesales agreements in its area of activity, primary, but also, when needed, with national/international partners and carriers;
To coordinate and administrate the pre-commercial and commercial phases of the Contracts/projects under his/her supervision, including any modification to such
To ensure the reconciliation and settlement of the Wholesale traffic subject to the Wholesales agreements; treatment of disputes;
To negotiate prices and wholesales charging schemes with the Wholesale partners;
To follow up wholesale traffic, monitor breakdowns; request routing modifications/changes if needed, attract more traffic, attract additional wholesales revenues;
To coordinate invoicing and settlement with the Wholesale partners/ service providers/ other partners (including checking, issuing, treatment of discrepancies, commercial solutions for disputes, etc)
To follow up the fulfillment of the contractual obligations stated in all the contracts under his/her administration, reporting to the hierarchically supervisor any infringement and coordinating the resolution of these issues;
To perform daily/weekly/monthly and periodical reports to his/her hierarchically supervisors on the activities under his/her coordination and administration (wholesales, synthetic reports, interpretations and predictions, etc);
To perform monthly estimations of wholesales partnerships revenues and cost, Interconnection wholesales revenues & costs, when requested, premium/green/vas,/bulk revenues & costs ;
To define and maintain an internal database with all the actions under his/her responsibility;
To dispatch internally all the details about the international/ by-pass/wholesales contracts/wholesales services to all the divisions/ departments involved
To perform as back up or replacement for the other specialists of the Interconnection & Other wholesales department concerning activities in line with his/her area of competence, when needed (national interconnection, international interconnection, bypass detection, premium/bulk/vas partnerships, SMS partnerships, etc);


CERINTE

JOB REQUIREMENTS:



- University Degree in Economics, Business category (preferably) or Technical;

- Previous expertise in activity - minimum 2 years;

- Business Intelligence / business development / product management / pricing, preferable in the telecommunications field;

- Contractual partnerships preferably in telecommunications; international partnerships;

- Invoicing/data settlement;

- Commercial aspects of Inter-operator (networks) connections.

- PC Operation – excellent level (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project);

- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written); good knowledge of commercial correspondence;

- Good knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and analysis methods – identification of market/target market, SWOT analysis, trends and evolution, Brake Even Point, Return of Investment, etc;

- Good knowledge/abilities in business presentations;

- Good principles knowledge of ordering/invoicing/settlement/payment ;

- Good knowledge of database administration;

- Medium level of knowledge of mobile networks and operators inter-working principles;

- Commercial/financial database administration experience;

- Medium level of knowledge of Cellular Telephony networks functioning; networking, network infrastructure and interconnection principles basic knowledge;

- Product management expertise in telecommunications;

- Excellent level of understanding of commercial Agreements principles;

- Medium knowledge of the Romanian and international telecommunications environment, regulations and evolution;

- Medium knowledge of different telecommunication services/systems, apart of GSM (data communications services, voice/data integration, etc);

- Organized person;

- Communication and coordination skills;

- Ability to work under pressure, to respect dead-lines and to fulfill correctly the work duties;

- Availability to work overtime.
