Our client is a large Romanian oil and gas group, with activities in the business segments of Exploration and Production, Refining and Petrochemicals, as well as Marketing.
In order to strength the organization and to support its objectives, the company is looking for a qualified person to join its team in the position of:


TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

OBJECTIVES:
¿ Implement company¿s training and development strategy in accordance to business needs and requirements.
¿ Contribute to the development of high quality learning and development solutions to staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
¿ Consult with stakeholders, identify and collect the training needs from all departments.
¿ Develop training schedules and coordinate internal training programmes, departments training projects, in close cooperation with Central Training Department.
¿ Advertise courses and ensure the final course list is prioritized appropriately.
¿ Maintain and update training and development programmes as required.
¿ Elaborate and maintain Integration plan for new employees
¿ Deliver programmes and follow up results, elaborating the feedback and evaluations of training measures and process them into improvement measures or projects.
Manage overall training process, develop and implement tools, identify improvements areas.
¿ Search and select trainers or consulting companies, review quality of supplier base on a regular basis, including budgets, contract management, external and internal communication.
Record recruitment progress against objectives and ensure regular reporting to the company¿s management.


CERINTE

QUALIFICATIONS:
¿ University degree
¿ 3 ¿ 5 years of proven experience working in a fast paced corporate training environment managing multiple priorities
¿ Strong computer skills ¿ MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
¿ Excellent verbal and written English skills are absolutely essential
