- Responsible for gathering, maintaining and reporting market information, identify new ideas and opportunities for the assigned area; provide input for market trends and dynamics, Customers profile and shopping behaviour; quality of Customer experience;
- Responsible for the development and creation of regional events, to ensure that the Company’s brands identity standards are met;
- Supports implementation of special campaigns per sales channels assigned and evaluate the market impact along with predefined objectives;
- Assess and assures the consistency of brand values through all channel touch points;
- Defines and develop sales collateral materials (merchandising KITs, sales promotional) and assure the alignment with Company’s brand identity standards all across the channels;
- Performs field visits to evaluate and come with recommendation for improving customer experience.
- Bachelor degree;
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in a similar position or sales field in telecommunication industry;
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
- Detailed oriented, well organized and hard worker under pressure;
- Travel availability for up to 75% of monthly working schedule;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is required;
- English – medium level;
- Valid driving license
