RESPONSABILITATI

-To daily monitor the activity of the agents, to make sure they accomplish their tasks and respect the set quality standards;
-To evaluate and report the status of task accomplishment and the results of the team, to take measures for eliminating errors;
-To offer support and information to the agents in their daily activities;
-To take over and solve the difficult or procedurally unforeseen issues that the Back Office agent might encounter;
-To participate in the orientation of new employees;
-To act towards respecting working procedures and to participate in the creation, improvement and writing of the procedures;
-To draw up notifications, statistics and periodical and occasional activity reports; to manage the data resulted from the office activity;
-To take all necessary actions in view of optimizing all processes based on analysis of reports and statistical data;
-To inform the hierarchical superior about any malfunction that might occur at the office-level;


CERINTE

-Minimum 12 months experience in customer care in telecom would be a plus.
-University diploma in Communication, Telecom, Management, Sociology or related fields.
-Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office);
-Very good knowledge of the Romanian language;
-Advanced knowledge of the English language.
-Excellent communication skills; customer-orientation;
-Organizational and planning skills;
-Quick and informed decision-making skills;
-Ability to lead by the power of personal example, to evaluate and motivate his/her staff;
-Fast-learning skills;
