- To conduct needs analyses with management and recommend / create proposed solutions to meet business challenges;
- To act as an internal consultant/ coach to management regarding employee development needs and organizational development projects;
- To plan and schedule project timelines and deadlines of organizational/ employee development and performance management programs; to record and monitor project budgets and timelines;
- To administer performance management system: train staff in the use of the performance management system, apply evaluation criteria and administrate performance appraisal records;
- To research and recommend use of vendor-based programs for organizational development projects;
- To facilitate team building workshops, exercises, or programs to enhance teams cohesiveness;
- To act as a change agent providing the support and mechanism to implement changes to the business operations.
- University Degree;
- Minimum 4 years in organizational development field;
- Demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills;
- Instructional design, needs analysis, evaluation experience preferred;
- Customer focus;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; excellent presentation and influencing skills;
- Strong planning/ project management/ time management skills;
- Team spirit;
- Integrity&Trust;
- Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
