The Lawyers will provide legal advice relating to Real Estate, Competition, and Mergers&Acquisitions.
The ideal candidates will clearly demonstrate:
- 3+ years experience of working within an international or national law firm;
- Degree from a reputable law school;
- Significant exposure to international clients and complex transactions in Real Estate, Competition, Mergers & Acquisitions
- Excellent written and spoken English; another foreign language is a plus
- Excellent communication skills;
- Committed, hard working, able to work under stress;
- Strong ethics, creativity, commercial acumen.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
