RESPONSABILITATI

- Enter and develop new customers, whilst maintaining and developing existing customers.
- Take ownership of all aspects of customer care from identifying needs of customers special grinding process, giving advice to the machine operator, taking care of customer complaints and ensure best terms for Hermes abrasives.
- Negotiate prices on standard offer basis, with pricing over maximum discount being referred to the Sales Executive Manager for approval.
- Ensure customer special instructions are relayed accurately to internal staff.
Sale of Abrasives
- Promote the sale of Hermes abrasive assortment in pre-selected branches and industries as first choice.
- Promote special offers and take care of clearance sale positions.
- Always encourage customers to buy the most efficient Hermes type.
- Always sell with process efficiency, process costs and surface quality sales arguments.
Internal Sales Team
- Communicate effectively to ensure accuracy of detail in translating
customers requests
- Liaise and advise on all aspects of customer requirements such as orders, credits, payment terms, etc.
- Ensure accuracy of detail in translating customers delivery requests and special delivery instructions
Executive Sales Manager
- Effective communication to ensure reply of market and customer information.
- Liaise with Sales Manager on price and special customer needs where required.
- Report to the Sales Manager with Hermes required practice.
General Activities
- Attendance at sales meetings, product and sales trainings.
- Traveling in your region requires to stay over night for approximately two times a week
- You need a self assured and smart appearance to gain successful customer relationships.
