RESPONSABILITATI

Sales Management
Defines sales strategy implementation plan for the relevant business area
Evaluates offering against competition and recommends competitive differentiators
Provides direction and leadership to direct reports
Provide team performance reports on a regular basis

Customer Relationships
Develops relationship with existing and potential key customers

The Sales Manager is expected to be knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.


CERINTE

Minimum Bachelor degree preferably in technical field.
Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably heating / relevant related industry.
Proven track record as a sales leader / manager driving the sales process – min. 3 years’ experience in managing a sales team
Experience in building and retaining successful sales teams

Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
Strong negotiation skills: ability to understand the customer needs, negotiate and total value offerings to customers
Excellent team working skills, communication and presentation skills
Leadership skills: ability to define vision for organization, rallies the organization around vision, set high expectations, manage to expectations
Strong coaching and influencing skills. Ability to work and influence without formal authority
Persuasion in client interaction and the ability to convey technical information through a non-technical, easy to follow discourse;
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and the ability to build consensus;
Dynamism, enthusiasm and passion for the work performed.

English knowledge at business professional level is compulsory; Italian knowledge is an advantage;
PC knowledge (Office).
Availability to travel;
