- are responsible for the sales representatives in Romania and the sales office team in Bucharest
- negotiate and sell abrasives directly to our key accounts
- visit important accounts in cooperation with the sales representatives
- keep special relationships with strategic customers
- are responsible for price calculation according to the international company price system
- research the Romanian market to maximize knowledge of customers needs and wants and competitor activities
- take care of personal management and development of the whole sales team and improve the skills appropriate to Hermes sales standards
- spend a large proportion of your time to manage and maximize business from existing customers and ensure continual acquiring of new accounts
- will receive intensive training and specific product knowledge to enable you to perform to the best of your ability
- report directly to the Vice President Sales South East General Activities
You
- hold sales meetings in close cooperation with the Vice President
- organize product and sales trainings according to the international company support system
- travel in Romania approximately 40% of your work time
- travel international for sales meetings and training sessions

-You will be customer focused and enthusiastic and will possess experience within an industrial environment, a trade background or alternatively you may be a graduate with 2 years Sales experience from any industry looking to join an organization with unique career progression opportunities.
