RESPONSABILITATI

• Business development focus and managing his own clients portfolio;
• Setting up, managing and developing the sales team;
• Coordinating the pre – sales activities for the two directions: internal support and subscribers prospecting;
• Identifying new ways to attract customers, identifying and developing new markets, coordinating the process of attracting new customers and keeping the old ones (gaining their loyalty);
• Elaborating the annual sales plan and implementing the general strategy for achieving the company's sales objectives;
• Participating in fares and other initiatives to raise the profile of the Company in Romania;
• Applying and developing the KPI culture in the team;
• Helping the sales persons in the negotiation process for large contracts;
• Implementing and applying the corporate CRM (Customer Relations Management) commercial type method;
• Drafting regular reports for the Managing Director and for the headquarters;
• Attending regular sales meetings, internal or external courses;
• Regular business travel (3 to 4 days per week), including travel abroad (visits to HQ, commercial seminars).


CERINTE

Minimum 5 years experience in B2B sales / large accounts;
• A plus will be if coming from the market where the UPS is sold or, at least, familiar with the market of industrial goods;
• Sales driven: used to work with sales objectives where the responsibility is compatible with the budget requested (3 to 4 million EUR);
• Relevant experience in a leadership position (proven experience in running and managing a team of salesmen);
• Ethical and moral behavior, integrity and accountability within the company;
• Tenacity: resistance to social and professional pressure;
• Good working knowledge of English.

• Communication techniques, organizational management, leadership, basic economic knowledge, technical skills, trade policies, price policies, knowledge of negotiation techniques and conflict resolution, knowledge of legislation, capacity for organizing and sorting priorities, managing resources;
• Ability to liaise both within the Company (which includes international contacts especially with HQ abroad) and externally with customers (raising the profile of the Company and its products/services in Romania).
