THE ROLE
To support the growth of our Romanian offices, we are looking for a
SALES CONSULTANT-PEOPLE SOLUTIONS - EUROPE – KEY CLIENTS
The role involves selling a line of HR consultancy services currently unique on the market, distinctive and innovative, and a field of action that includes Southern Europe, Eastern Europe (including Russia), the Benelux countries, Germany and Austria.
The sales consultant will be responsible for developing his/her own client portfolio, consisting mainly of Fortune 500 companies and / or global presence and large volumes of recruitment at an international level, exchanging information and experiences with their colleagues from offices in London, Amsterdam, Bucharest , Timisoara, Miami, Tel Aviv, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
The commercial development activity will be carried out both directly, through cold calling, meetings, networking and participation in events, and indirectly, through the creation and coordination of a team of external high-profile Business Advisors, highly specialized in the field.
The sales consultant will have full autonomy in relationships with clients and will oversee the delivery of consulting projects, with the goal of creating a positive and long-term relationship with the client.
He/she will be also involved in the organization and execution of marketing projects that include activities like direct emailing, events, surveys and collaboration with other companies / entities in the projects.
THE PERSON
The person we are seeking must be methodical, quickly responsive, tenacious and resilient, as well as able to understand customer needs, transforming them into customized proposals.
Spurred by international relations, and strongly interested in proposing new solutions to the market the best use of various instruments at its quantities.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated not only by challenging objectives, but also the modus operandi by which they are achieved.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
The candidate, has gained a solid experience of at least 2/3 years in consultative sales in the field of services in human resources (recruitment, training, counseling) and / or business to business, obtaining significant and demonstrable results.
We are looking for a resource that has focused its activities on large and international stature’s customers, who speaks fluent English (a second European language would be much appreciated), is skilled in the use of the main tools and has outstanding ability in interpersonal communication.
