Kilpatrick, part of the International Executive Search Federation "www.iesf.com" was created in the 90's by Italian senior executive consultants. In its steady growth it became one of the most important players on the Italian market for searching and defining the best managers and directors.

In 2003 Kilpatrick was taken over by a Dutch / Italian group of entrepreneurs. Guided by the new international management team Kilpatrick enters the world of International Executive Search, offering a unique service to their clients; direct access to 42 countries with over 100 offices.

Kilpatrick has opened since than their own offices in Romania and The Netherlands and maintains its unique difference: a young and international management team, combined with a deep knowledge of the entrepreneurial tissue and the local labor markets.
