- Analyses, synthesizes the data from multiple sources/software(s) and explains the results regarding: postpaid and prepaid
- Combines the above mentioned information to obtain databases and reports and proposes commercial actions in order to achieve the specific Sales department goals
- Prepares, verifies and sends, with the approval of the immediate supervisor, monthly/periodical/on request reports with predefined/on request content and data structure
- Continuously analyze market trends and competition in order to identify any changes in the market and propose specific actions related to this
- Makes presentations based on results and/or forecast focused on future results.
- Submits monthly/periodical/on request activity reports.
- Maintain an effective, professional and permanent relationship with the other Sales & Customer Care Division departments and offices and with the other divisions of the company.
- University degree – diploma in an economic and/or technical field.
- 1 year progressive experience in a similar position; experience with other mobile operators will be considered as a plus
- Knowledge and/or applicable work experience of relational database concepts
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Access)
- Overall knowledge of statistics
- Good command of English
- Overall knowledge about the Romanian telecommunications market
