THE ROLE
To support the growth of Talent Works International offices in Romania, we are looking for
SENIOR ADVISORS - BUSINESS SOLUTIONS – EUROPE
(Former CEO, GM, CIO, CFO, COO, Sales & Marketing Director)
The role involves two main activities. The first concerns the creation of vertical solutions for the relevant market, based on the service model of Business Intelligence proposed by Talent Works International.
The second activity is to leverage the relationships of trust established over the time and to introduce Talent Works International to medium and large companies, both multinational entities or local enterprises, but always with an international exposition.
The level of involvement in the negotiation and management of the projects will be discussed in relation to each individual Advisor.
Talent Works International’s Business Solutions are dedicated to decision makers in strategic roles (GM, CEO / COO) operating in the following geographic areas: Southern Europe, Eastern Europe (including Russia), the Benelux countries, Germany and Austria. Projects can be delivered in 40 countries.
Each Senior Advisor will have the exclusivity in his/her sector of expertise and will also be free to carry other parallel activities/engagements.
THE PERSON
We would like to meet the person who has an extensive network of personal and professional contacts and want to maintain and develop these relationships by creating concrete business opportunities, relying on a serious and fast-growing international company.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
The senior advisors must have held positions of strategic nature in TWI target markets, they can count on a strong credibility 'and have an international perspective. It does not matter if the person is looking for a new job, he/she is retired or is carrying out other consulting activities. The age is not relevant, as long as there is a deep desire to be pro-active and to propose new business opportunities.
