- You will work in close relationship with operational groups including IT, Engineering, Customer Service and Interconnection in order to escalate opportunities to improve performance across the organization.
- You will sustain the Revenue Process Management through monitoring, analysis and validation of data
- You will prepare, develop and run controls for Revenues Assurance (Subscriber Reconciliations, Billing Verification etc)
- You will update Revenue Assurance Procedures to be in line with process execution
- You will investigate, negotiate and collect resolutions together with impacted areas in order to minimize the revenue loss.
- University graduate
- At least one year experience in reporting, business analyze, investigations
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
- Experience with IT systemapplications
- Advance knowledge of English;
- At least 2 years experience in Telecommunication Environment, Databases, Programming Languages
- Customer oriented;
- Analitical thinking;
- Investigation, Negotiation skills
- Ability to meet tight dead-lines;
- Organizational skills;
