- To supervise research projects - maintain relationship with research agencies on every phases of a research project: pitch, set-up and questionnaire design, fieldwork and reporting/ presentation of results
- To propose the research design and methodology any time the need of a new study is identified in the organization
- To propose and make changes/ improvements of the research methods/ questionnaires used so far in the company, if this need is formulated by the internal client departments.
- Internalize and analyze research results and propose further actions to take to the internal client departments
- To understand research needs in the company and pro-actively propose new research projects
- University Degree in Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, Statistics or related fields
- Minimum 2 years experience in market research, experience in Telecom would be a plus
- Knowledge of market research and marketing
- Versatile in using PC, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Fluent in English
