RESPONSABILITATI

• Asigura comunicarea cu clienţii prin toate mijloacele de comunicare disponibile (apeluri intrare, apeluri iesire, corespondenta scrisa - e-mail, conform procedurilor în vigoare, tratand cu profesionalism toate cererile, identificand nevoile clientilor;
• Promoveaza si vinde produsele companiei, propune produse si servicii aditionale si/sau alternative care sa raspunda nevoilor clientilor in scopul indeplinirii targeturilor stabilite, ducand astfel la cresterea veniturilor companiei;
• Furnizează informaţii generale (tarife, servicii, acoperire, pachete, reţea de distribuţie, etc.) sau personalizate (valoarea facturii, data emiterii facturii, ultima zi de plată, PUK, etc.), pentru rezolvarea solicitarii clientului;
• Inregistreaza solicitarile si reclamatii clientilor si le proceseaza in conformitate cu instructiunile de lucru specifice;
• Furnizeaza solicitantilor date corecte si complete prin utilizarea corespunzatoare a sistemului informational;
• Ofera suport (primul nivel) privind problemele tehnice aparute, precum si aspecte legate de retentia clientilor existenti si reinnoiri de contracte
• Verifica gradul de satisfactie al clientilor fata de serviciile furnizate, asigurand asistenta comerciala;
• Solicita ajutorul sefului de tura/compartiment/departament ori de cate ori rezolvarea cerintelor clientilor depaseste competentele proprii;

• Studii medii
• Minima experienţă în zona de relatii cu clientii si zona de vanzari
• Cunostinte solide de limba romana
• Cunostinte de limba engleza (nivel mediu)
