Our client is a large Romanian oil and gas group, with activities in the business segments of Exploration and Production, Refining and Petrochemicals, as well as Marketing.
In order to strength the organization and to support its objectives, the company is looking for a qualified person to join its team in the position of:
RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR
OBJECTIVE:
Implement company¿s internal and external recruitment strategy in cooperation with HR Manager and Department Managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
¿ Identify recruitment channels, contribute to recruitment provision is cost effective.
¿ Prepare advert copy and posting to necessary job sites/newspapers.
¿ Plan and carry out the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that the selected candidates fulfill the internal clients¿ requirements.
¿ Record recruitment progress against objectives and ensure regular reporting to the company¿s management.
¿ Maintain the data base of the interviewed candidates and CVs.
¿ Extend offers to the new recruits; negotiate salaries, carries on their induction and integration process.
¿ Monitor new contracts, changes in the contracts status.
QUALIFICATIONS:
¿ University degree, HR specialization
¿ 3 ¿ 5 years experience in a professional, deadline-driven, fast paced environment, preferably in the area of recruitment. Some supervisory or managerial experience is a plus
¿ User level Microsoft Office and system administration of email and web server
Excellent verbal and written English skills is absolutely essential
