To perform field surveys in order to indicate the ideal radio site locations in terms of radio coverage and network capacity;
To design the radiant system; the radiant system design should follow the optimal coverage of the area served by a certain location;
To supervise the existing radio network and to propose any possible measure for continuously improvement of its quality;
To prepare the site survey reports and site orders issued to the Network Implementation Department;
To update all the databases related to the RF parameters of Cosmote sites;
University degree in Electronics – Telecommunications;
Internship or involvement in relevant projects/activities for the radio domain represents an asset;
Strong knowledge of the radio propagation models used in GSM/UMTS;
Very good understanding of the architecture of the cellular telecommunication networks;
Relevant knowledge related to radio antenna system;
Proficiency in computer usage;
Very good command of English (spoken and written);
Driving license B category;
Analytical thinking;
Ability to work effectively in multifunctional teams;
Detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines; capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple projects simultaneously;
Be able to compile, synthesize and present facts clearly, and write materials that present the facts clearly;
