Processes collected data during the field survey and indicate the ideal radio site locations in terms of radio coverage;
Collaborates with MW Planning and Site Acquisition & Licensing Offices in order to minimize the overall cost of site identifying the most appropriate alternative;
Designs the radiant system in order to maximize the area served by a certain radio location;
Monitors the existing radio network indicators in order to propose measures for continuously improvement of its quality;
Analyzes the customers complains and propose corrective actions in order to improve radio systems;
Performs field surveys according to the monthly schedule;
Prepares site survey reports and site orders issued to the Network Implementation Department;
Updates all the databases related to the RF parameters
University degree in Electronics – Telecommunications;
Internship or involvement in relevant projects/activities for the radio domain represents an asset;
Strong knowledge of the radio propagation models used in GSM/UMTS;
Very good understanding of the architecture of the cellular telecommunication networks;
Proficiency in computer usage;
Very good command of English (spoken and written);
Driving license B category;
Analytical thinking;
Detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines; capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple projects simultaneously;
Good organizing and planning skills
