- Prepare RF performance daily/weekly/monthly reports according to procedure, distribute de reports, and collect the feedbacks;
- Collect the counters from various databases and prepare custom reports as are requested;
- Define and maintain KPIs to be reported in order to accommodate new features, objectives, vendors etc;
- Use designers in order to create automatic report procedures;
- Use SQL in order to aggregate and store data from various sources;
- Analyze the performance and recommend appropriate measures in order to improve the quality of radio network;
- Trace statistics in order to identify performance degradations and react according to procedures.
- University degrees in Electronics/ Computer Science;
- Experience of at least 2 years in Telecom filed. Previous experience with Radio (GSM/CDMA) will be an advantage;
- Relevant experience in reporting. Experience with a reporting tool will be an advantage;
- Competent with document processing/presentation tools (MS Office, etc);
- Proven knowledge in data manipulations (Oracle/Sybase/Access/etc);
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Very good communications skills; good presentation skills;
- Teamwork;
- English ( both written and spoken).
